Job Summary:

Reporting to the VP of Systems Admin, this position is responsible for performing various system administration functions such as executing mass TRAN files of standard file templates, submitting to SFTP locations for system processing, general system support, and analysis. Additionally, the role involves assisting with initiatives, monitoring system performance and advisories, processing mass TRANs, completing assigned requests within established SLAs, and developing an understanding of business processes.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Support tasks assigned via Service Now tickets and other ad hoc requests or initiatives.
  • Participate in team projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Execute mass TRAN updates regularly as defined in requests.
  • Execute system header updates related to internal processes.
  • Add or maintain system user account access.
  • Collaborate with leaders to support vendors and business units in issue resolution.
  • Monitor system activities.
  • Support process changes or system enhancements.
  • Provide support for application-related issues covered by the Systems Administration team.
  • Assist with research requests.
  • Support audit requirements.
  • Gain domain knowledge of Fay’s servicing business and organizational goals.
  • Comply with company policies, processes, standards, and practices.
  • Complete all required company training.
  • Model Fay’s Values, Operating Principles, ethical standards, and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
  • 1–3 years of preferred experience in mortgage servicing, preferably across multiple functional areas.
