Pre-Funding QC Specialist

Job Summary:

The Pre-Funding Quality Control Specialist is responsible for auditing the accuracy and completeness of all system data and source documents to ensure compliance with business and secondary guidelines prior to loan funding. Other duties may include compliance auditing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Review and audit pre-close/fund loan data and source documents in compliance with all departmental guidelines
• Assist in post-sale loan audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with due diligence exception clearing and loan defect resolution
• Work effectively with internal departments and external partners for resolution
• Analyze loan characteristics and apply proper dispositions based on company and investor guidelines
• Analyze credit related characteristics at a loan level in compliance with all guidelines
