Account Management Analyst (4 Positions)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Documentation Specialist to support the end-to-end processing of loan files by reviewing, indexing, and validating key origination documents. This role involves updating loan conditions based on document verification, retrieving case assignments from FHA Connection, and pulling appraisal SSRs via the Electronic Appraisal Delivery Portal. The specialist will also be responsible for ordering SSA validations, tax transcripts, and retrieving LDP/GSA results as part of loan compliance and eligibility checks.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review loan origination documents and Indexing
• Review and updating the Conditions according to the documents
•  Retrieve the Case assignment results from FHA Connection
• Pull the Appraisal SSR’s from the Electronic Appraisal Delivery Portal for all FHA loans.
• Order the SSA validation results using the SSA-89 document.
• Order the Tax transcripts. 
• Retrieve the LDP/GSA results.

Qualifications and Professional Experience:

• Minimum of diploma in Accounts.
• Knowledge of US Residential Mortgage – Primary and Secondary market. Working knowledge of (FHA, VA, CONVENTIONAL, TRID).
• Minimum of 4 Yrs experience with hands on knowledge & experience of lending regulations & legal guidelines for conventional, conforming, non-conforming, and government loan programs.
• Extensive experience of assets, liabilities, income and debt information analysis. 
• Experience of evaluating appraisal reports & collateral issues related to loan programs and utilizing automated underwriting systems – Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector Strong. technical skills, experience working with MS-Excel and navigation using workflow applications.
• Exposure to Encompass Loan Origination System is a must. 
• Must be able to meet deadlines and turnaround times.
• Customer service orient & strong verbal & written communication skills
