Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients to generate potential leads.
- Efficiently qualify leads by identifying decision makers or owners within blue collar and maintenance industries.
- Successfully navigate past gatekeepers to engage with decision makers.
- Promote and distribute our free LED Lighting Catalogue and Visa gift card offerings to prospective clients.
- Collaborate and support the client’s in-house closers, providing them with qualified leads ready for initial offer discussions.
Skillset Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- An engaging personality with sincerity and reliability, cultivating faith between the company and the client.
- Long-term commitment is desirable, reflecting stability and dedication in the role.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, ideally with a focus in B2B sales is required.
Qualifications Required:
- Requires a minimum of a Diploma, University degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound telesales experience.
