Position Summary
The Status Team Member is a critical role within our service team, responsible for the end-to-end management of service of process jobs. You will ensure that every job is tracked accurately and that all stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal departments receive timely updates. This role is essential for meeting client expectations and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Job Management: Monitor and manage active service of process jobs from the moment they are received until completion.
- Real-Time Documentation: Review and update job statuses in internal systems immediately to ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional correspondence with process servers, sheriffs, and vendors for updates and follow-ups.
- Client Relations: Provide timely status updates to clients via email and internal platforms.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify delays or potential service issues and escalate them to management when necessary.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all service attempts, notes, and outcomes are documented with high precision.
- Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to handle out-of-state and specialty services and assist in reassigning jobs to meet strict deadlines.
- Productivity: Maintain a highly organized workload to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal staff.
