Job Summary:

This role will provide maintenance of the computer environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting internal IT Help Desk. This role is responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. The Senior IT Support Analyst is also responsible for user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades, and configurations.

Job Duties (REQUIRED TO WORK IN US SHIFT HOURS)

  • Provide support through the IT Help Desk and resolve highly complicated problems to the end user’s satisfaction quickly and effectively.
  • Teach or instruct Jr IT Support team members regarding software or hardware functionality and communicating policy.
  • Manage/Deploy and maintain DKIM and MX Records for new branches.
  • Manage/Deploy and maintain Domains and SSL Certificates on servers.
  • Perform Setup/Security checks of Wireless Networks & network penetration testing as assigned.
  • Deploy/manage RingCentral & Google Suite administration.
  • Utilize and maintain the Help Desk tracking software & Document internal procedures.
  • Document of computer systems and programs based on user or system design specifications.
  • Deploy, install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
  • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Provide training on phone system and Google applications as needed.

This role will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopy machines, fax machines, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems/computer science/ software management.
  • 5+ years of IT technical support experience.
  • Experience with Windows versions 7 through 11 and Mac OS X.
  • Experience working with Google Suites and VOIP systems.
  • Customer service mentality, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Candidate should have full locomotive functionality.
